Indoor Campfire

Sunday evening, January 31st, was spent singing praises sitting around an indoor "campfire."  We also enjoyed hot chocolate and S'mores.

 

Christmas Caroling at the Gretna Plaza Apartments

Twenty members of the church braved slippery conditions but, we enjoyed an eventful evening of delivering gift packages and signing Christmas Carols to the residents of Gretna Plaza Apartments.

 Afterwards we returned to the church for a time of fellowship, a devotional and we finished with a "cookie" exchange.

 

What God Wants For Christmas

Our Christmas program was held Sunday morning, December 13th.  The program was centered around the children's story "Want God Wants for Christmas."  What does God want for Christmas?  The answer is easy - You!.  If you have questions, please contact us.

Operation Christmas Child

Between the MOPS group and the congregation members, we packed 22 boxes for Operation Christmas Child!

 

 

Men's Prayer Breakfast

Saturday, November 7th, ten men from the church joined together for an early morning breakfast, time of fellowship and prayer.

 

GBC Family Gathering

A bible-based family scavenger hunt was enjoyed by adults and children.  Participants looked up bible verses for clues to find items throughout the Gretna area.  Refreshments were enjoyed after the hunt.

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) meets every 1st & 3rd Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. See Erin Shaffer for more info.

 

 

Faith Weaver Friends

Kids Club (Faith Weaver Friends) meets every Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m.. Kids Club is for all children ages 2 through 12!
